Undergraduate students are usually required to attend orientation. If you are entering in the fall or summer semester you must pay the $250.00 enrollment fee prior to orientation. The spring term does not have an enrollment fee. This is paid up front and out of pocket and is applied to your tuition and fee payment.
If you are a VA Chapter 33 student we still report the full tuition and fee charges. Once VA has made payment in full and your account is showing an overage of the enrollment deposit you should receive a refund providing there are no other outstanding charges.
The orientation fees are separate charges and are not covered by VA.
Please contact the Office of Orientation & Transition to reserve a space for orientation after you have received your welcome letter or packet.
