Enrollment Certification Form

Our office is now paperless. Please view the Enrollment Certification Form.

This form must be filled out each semester to receive benefits.

Turn this form in as soon as you are able to register. During peak times processing can take up to 6-8 weeks. Failure to turn this form in each semester will result in non-payment.

If you have questions about the electronic form please email utkva@utk.edu.

This form is also used to place you on fee deferment. All students receiving VA benefits receive fee deferment. The Bursar Office will set the fee deferment deadline each semester.  Before the fee payment deadline each semester please log in to MyUTK and click on View/Pay Fees to make sure you are on fee deferment. If you are not on fee deferment before the payment deadline and have not made a payment this will result in your schedule being dropped. The Office of the Bursar sends reminder emails out about fee payments.

Please do not ignore them if you are receiving VA benefits. Call our office at 865-974-5420 if you SHOULD be on fee deferment and you see that you are not when you log in to MyUTK.

Completing this form also allows us to place you on the appropriate LISTSERV so that we can notify you of dates, deadlines, announcements, and links of interest.
